Interim Management Committee

At the expiration of the tenure of the former Executive Committee effectively ending in May 2025, after completing their three-year term, the Board of Trustees appointed an Interim Management Committee (and this was ratified at the General Meeting of 1st October 2025) to steer the Association until elections are held in 2026.

Engr. Emeka M. Ezeh is a seasoned engineer and public sector reform leader with decades of distinguished service in Nigeria’s infrastructure and procurement landscape. As a former Director-General of the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), he played a pivotal role in institutionalizing due process, transparency, and accountability in public procurement across MDAs.

Engr. Ibrahim Abu is a civil engineer, procurement specialist, and reform advocate with over two decades of experience in Nigeria’s infrastructure and governance sectors. He worked with the Budget Monitoring and Price Intelligence Unit (BMPIU), later transformed into the BPP, where he contributed to the early design and implementation of procurement reforms.

Aliyu E. Aliyu is an accomplished procurement and project management professional with vast experience across public infrastructure projects and institutional capacity-building in Nigeria. He has served in various technical and leadership roles promoting compliance with the Public Procurement Act and strengthening governance systems within MDAs.

M. B. Yahaya is a veteran procurement practitioner and public administrator formerly with the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA), where he oversaw key aspects of procurement planning, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

Mrs. Ladi Kyone is a procurement and policy specialist with extensive experience improving procurement processes and compliance frameworks within the higher education sector.

Mr. Olagoke S. Otutuloro is a seasoned procurement and project management professional with a proven record of service in Nigeria’s public sector.

Engr. Ghandi Maduka is an experienced lawyer and procurement professional. Over the years, he has played key roles in advancing procurement reforms and value-for-money principles within major government projects and agencies.
